Beauty
On the card, Beauty means “to appreciate beauty around me”. On Even Over’s map of values, it is in the area called Universalism–nature: protecting the natural world. That area is on the self-transcendence side of the map.
How it was placed
The word has one clear link to this value and overlaps with others. Appreciating the beauty around you sits with universalism's appreciation of the world beyond yourself; nature is the closest of the three. The placement is our own and provisional.
